ANTI-SLIP PLYWOOD
Film Faced Plywood with anti-slip WIREMESH pattern on one or both sides of the panel. Bonded with water resistant adhesive on the base of phenol-formaldehyde resin. Edges are sealed with acrylic paint. Approved in both land and sea transport industry as well as in construction like platforms in scaffolding where high wear resistance is required. Depending on the application we offer different types of WIREMESH plywood.

TYPES
Standard anti-slip plywood
with WIREMESH pattern on one side and smooth surface on another. Available in throughout Birch or combi Birch+Pine construction (density 600-720 kg/m3). Bonded with adhesive based on phenol-formaldehyde resin to be used in exterior conditions according to PN-EN 636-3. Generally overlaid with Dark Brown Phenolic Film with density 120, 167, 220 g/m2 but also available in black or grey colours. Edges are sealed with acrylic paint. Different sizes, cut to size and CNC machining on request.
Widely used in floors of semi-trailers and trailers, in scaffolding and various types of platforms.
HEXA anti-slip plywood
with a hexagonal pattern on one side and smooth surface on another. Available in throughout Birch or combi Birch+Pine construction (density 600-720 kg/m3). Bonded with adhesive based on phenol-formaldehyde resin to be used in exterior conditions according to PN-EN 636-3. Generally overlaid with Dark Brown Phenolic Film with density 120 or 220 g/m2 but also available in black or grey colours. Edges are sealed with acrylic paint. Different sizes, cut to size and CNC machining on request.
Widely used in floors of semi-trailers and trailers and wherever high resistance and surface aesthetic features are required.
ADVANTAGES
Transport: floors in trailers and semitrailers, body parts of vans and specialised vehicles, indoor carriers e.g. carts, trolleys
Construction industry: scaffolding, loading platforms, entresols
Packaging: specialised boxes e.g. in transport of musical and stage equipment
Other: floors of industrial halls, passageways, stages, commercial vans, containers and ships, wherever high mechanical strength and increased friction coefficient are required.
