Plywood produced out of deciduous and coinferous wood, on the basis of urea-formaldehyde resins. Designed to be used in dry conditions, i.e. isolated from atmospheric conditions influence.

Quality classes:

I CLASS - high-quality plywood, to be varnished. Possible characteristics: pin knots, sound tigh knots, small fillings, wooden inserts up to 3/m2. Plywood most often used in carpentry.

II CLASS - plywood of high-quality surface. Possible characteristics: pin knots, sound tigh knots, small cracks, fillings, wooden inserts up to 6/m2. Plywood to be painted or varnished, application in carpentry.

III CLASS - plywood of low-quality surface, decayed and not tigh knots possible, cracks, knot holes, overlaps, pitch pockets, overgrindings, glued punctures. The fillings may be different colour than the surface. Plywood used as a construction element.

IV CLASS - the plywood surface uneven of low quality. Possible characteristics: konts holes and cracks, patches, board edge damages. The fillings may be different colour than the surface. Plywood used as a construction element. To be used in those industry branches which do not attach much importance to apppearance.

Classifications of plywood according to surface appearance are regulated by polish versions of European norms: PN-EN 635-1 PN-EN 635-2 PN-EN 635-2

Application:
  • Carpentry: drawers, door panels, back walls of skeletal furniture, construction elements of upholstered, office and workshop furniture.
  • Packages: Cases, containers, boxes for different types of products.
